  • Once your projects are in the queue, we’ll kick things off with the highest priority. After delivering the first project (usually in 2–3 days), you can request another. Each client can have up to 3 active projects at any given time.

  • Active projects are the ones we’re currently working on for you. Limiting to 3 helps ensure we keep your brand and campaigns moving smoothly without delays.

  • We’re flexible to your needs! Typically, we can start within 48 hours. The onboarding process is simple and can be done in a quick 60-minute call, we’ll want to know everything there is to know about your brand and tell you all the details of our process.

  • Most of our membership clients are medium-sized CPG (consumer packaged goods) companies, especially in the food space, with established brands. If they already have a Creative Director, they usually hire us for “Brand Assets.” If they don’t, they tend to go for the “All-in Bundle” or just “Brand Consultant” services when they already have an in-house designer.

  • Add your projects to the queue and fill out a short project questionnaire with all the essentials (brief, exact size/mechanicals, final copy, hierarchy, high-res photos, etc.).

    We’ll deliver the first project in 2–3 days, and you can request another once it’s done. Remember, you can have up to 3 active projects at a time to keep things running smoothly.

  • We’ve got you! If you have an emergency project, we’ll make an exception to ensure you’re covered.

  • No worries—we’ll keep refining it until you’re 100% happy.

  • Agustina runs the show as a one-woman team, but when needed, she brings in trusted freelance talent to help meet your deadlines.

  • You can cancel or pause anytime—no questions asked.

  • We work exclusively with Adobe Creative Suite.

  • It’s never been an issue in Agustina’s 20+ years of experience, but if it ever comes up, we’ll find a way to make things right.

  • No problem at all! You can pause your membership anytime and restart whenever you’re ready. It’s totally flexible to fit your needs.
